Transportation and packaging:

★ Our products are packed in wooden boxes specially tailored to the size of each product. We use the whole machine packaging method, without disassembling parts, to facilitate the integrity of the buyer when receiving the goods.
★  In order to prevent moisture, we will cover the machine with a plastic film to prevent it from being easily oxidized by moisture during transportation. In addition, we will write down the size of the goods, the consignee and the address of the goods on the surface of the wooden box. We will highlight that the goods are valuable goods and tell the transporters to transport them carefully.
★  We specially ask forklift trucks to help us deliver the goods to the truck. After ensuring the stability of the packing, the truck will start to deliver the goods to the port.
★ Before delivery, we will send relevant packaging and transportation videos to buyers.  After shipment, we will keep in touch with the seller at any time and follow up the status of the goods.

Usually for orders less than 5 pieces, our delivery time is within 25 days. If you need more quantity, the delivery time will be determined according to your requirement.

3. Question: What are your terms of payment?
Answer: T/T deposits. 50% deposit and 50% payment should be settled before shipment. Through bank account, Alipay, trade guarantee.

4. Question: How do you guarantee the quality of the machine after we place an order?
A: Before delivery, we will send you pictures and videos of the machine. Either you can come to our factory for quality inspection in person, or you can contact a third party inspection agency for quality inspection.

5. Question: How are you after sale service?
A:Free replancement of spare parts within the warrenty period(1year).
